Introduction to AlertPay (AP for Short) and Registration Guide
AlertPay is a newly popular online bank, similar to PayPal. More and more online earning companies, such as the classic paid-email site DonkeyMails, list it as one of their main payment methods. As with PP, the US dollars in AP can be withdrawn by wire transfer or check. Of course, you can also use them for online shopping or exchange them privately for Chinese yuan.
1. Registration Address
After clicking the address above to open a new page, click Sign Up in the upper right corner, then follow the prompts to choose an account type. A Personal account has a monthly receiving limit of $400 and an annual receiving limit of $2000. If you exceed these limits, the account must be upgraded to a Premium account.
Click the Next button at the lower right to continue filling out the form. Note that you should fill in the form using English or pinyin letters and numbers. Use real information, and enter your current residential address.
After filling it out, click the Next button at the lower right to go to the next form, and continue using English or pinyin letters and numbers.
After successful submission, the following prompt will appear:
A) Check your email
We have sent an email to your registered email address.
B) Click on the Validation Link
In the email, click on the validation link or copy and paste the link into your browser. Didn't receive a validation email? Click here and we will send you another one!
At this point, go to your mailbox to receive the activation email. Click the activation link inside it, or copy the link into your browser's address bar and open it. In the box on the new page, enter your login password. After confirming, you can log in to your AP account, and your email address will also be verified.
Friendly reminder: the email address you use to register for AP (referred to as your AP email) is your AP account for logging in to AP and receiving money!
2. Brief Introduction to the Interface Menu After Login

After logging in, you can view your account balance, payment and receipt records, personal profile, verification status, as well as entry points for sending money, exchanging funds, managing currencies, and other functions.
3. Account Verification
After logging in, click Become Verified to enter the account verification page.
Follow the prompts and click to continue. At the bottom of the new page, select Photo ID, then click the Next button at the lower right to go to the next page.
Select Country ID, click Browse below to choose the local scanned copy of your ID card that you want to upload, then click the Next button at the lower right to continue. Note that the image file size must not exceed 1 MB.
Preview your image on the new page. If it is correct, click the FINISH button at the lower right to upload it. If there is a problem, click the PREVIOUS button at the lower right to go back.
After a successful upload, the top of the new page will show: The document was successfully uploaded. To complete the verification, please complete the remaining steps.
Next, select Proof Of Address at the bottom of this page.
Click the Next button at the lower right to go to the next page and upload a scanned image file proving your address. This can be a 3-month-old or newer utility bill, phone bill, credit card statement, bank statement, and so on.
The upload method is the same as uploading the ID scan: first select one of the options, then choose the corresponding local file in Browse. Click the NEXT button at the lower right, preview it, then click the FINISH button at the lower right to upload.
Friendly reminder: after uploading files, you can log in to your account at any time to check your verification status. Before AP approves your verification, you can only receive money and cannot perform other operations!
4. Sending Money
When using AP to send money to another AP account, click the SEND MONEY button on the page. On the new page that appears, fill in the recipient's AP email, the amount, the currency, and the relevant description.
Then click the NEXT button at the lower right to enter the new page. In the box below, enter your transfer transaction PIN, and finally click the SEND button at the lower right to complete the payment.
5. Other
a. After logging in, click Profile at the upper left of the page to view and edit your account information, including your basic profile, adding bank cards and credit cards, adding other email addresses, changing your password and PIN, and so on.
b. After logging in, click Manage on the left side of the page to enter the currency management page, where you can open and close a particular currency. If you want to manage the euro currency, click the image button on the right side of its corresponding row to toggle it on or off.
c. After logging in, click Exchange to exchange balances between different currencies within the site.
